Saving fossil fuels in heated greenhouses.

Two ways of saving fossil energy are envisaged:

  •  the installation of a double thermal screen positioned above the crops to reduce heat loss allows an energy saving of around 20%. It is a totally passive installation.
  •  the installation of a hot water storage tank (conventional or open buffer type) which allows (by the decoupling, partial or complete, of the production of heat and its distribution in the greenhouse) a functioning of the boiler at constant speed with maximum efficiency.
